Carol Barrett – wildlife artist

Original Carol Barrett paintings are available for sale, and some of these are shown on the gallery pages. She also undertakes commissions of wildlife in the client’s preferred medium, eg, pastel, acrylic or oil.
Carol lives and works in Edinburgh and regularly travels to Africa to study, sketch and photograph wildlife in its natural habitat.
Carol has contributed to, and supported, a number of wildlife projects in Africa and the UK, including The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF). Carol has joined “Artist Helping Cheetahs”, and will donate 20% of revenues from selected items.

CONSERVATION
Carol is committed to conservation and has donated paintings and prints of her work to a number of conservation groups and organisations, including The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF). Carol has also joined "Artist Helping Cheetahs", and will donate 20% of revenues from selected items to CCF. To celebrate the release of Crimson Wing which is Disney's first foray into the wildlife genre for 60 years, Carol is donating 30% of the proceeds of the sale of Flamingo Reflections to protect the habitat of flamingos in Tanzania.
